Assist the Neurosurgery Team in managing and treating patients pre and post-operatively, including performing daily rounds, history taking and documentation, neurological assessments, reviewing imaging, conducting consultations, ordering, obtaining, and interpreting lab results.

Conduct comprehensive in-home health assessments for health plans nationwide, including evaluating current health status, gaps in care, potential health risks and care management opportunities with a focus on driving better clinical outcomes. Perform complete reviews of medications and OTCs, review of systems, physical examination and discussion of medical concerns which affect the member, identify physical causes of obesity and develop nutritional plans to improve weight, and blood sugar levels in diabetics, gain a better understanding of patients health issues and discuss talking points to bring up to their PCP in the future, determine which signs and symptoms warrant urgent or emergent medical care and ensure comprehensive treatment is implemented if warranted, identify food, safety, and housing insecurities and involve social work as needed.
