Acting as liaison and advocate to connect clients with services such as medical health care, legal assistance, and otherentitlements.Providing crisis intervention and support during emergencies.Routinely monitoring client progress toward goals through face-to-face meetings, home visits, and phone contact.Conducting initial and ongoing assessments of clients' needs to develop goal based action plans.Ensuring that all client program files are compliant with CAMBA and funder standards.Preparing and reviewing weekly, monthly, and annual reports for CAMBA management and external funders.

I investigate suspected child abuse and neglect complaints, prepare TPS/Asylum assessments and work permits, and assess patients’ needs to create detailed care plans. I provide counseling and guidance, intervene in crisis situations, and monitor staff performance, offering feedback for improvement. Additionally, I supervise shelter hotel administrators, workers, and clients, while conducting thorough psychological assessments to evaluate individuals’ competency levels accurately
