Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of direct reporting staff, conduct weekly supervision, and provide training to ensure they meet contract and program requirements. Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the program by overseeing all programmatic activities and implementing quality assurance measures to guarantee high-quality service delivery. Maintain professional relationships with clients, ensure client confidentiality, and conduct client progress reviews. Oversee client and program files to ensure compliance with CAMBA, funder, and governmental standards, including privacy policies for individually identifiable information. Prepare and review timely and accurate contract reports, analyze demographic data, and use this analysis to recommend programmatic improvements.Organize training opportunities for staff professional development and conduct performance appraisals for direct reports. Serve as a key communication point with CAMBA management, senior leadership, funders, and external agencies. Review and sign timesheets for direct reporting staff.
